Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings in the Vrixaa Connect app, or by emailing support@vrixaalabs.com from your registered email.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access to paid features until the period you have paid for ends, and you are not charged again.
• Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period — refund eligibility is per our Refund Policy.
• Auto-renewal: annual subscriptions renew automatically. We will send a reminder to your registered email before renewal. To avoid the renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date.
• If a renewal payment fails, we will retry and notify you; paid features may be suspended until payment succeeds, and the subscription is cancelled if payment is not completed within [15] days.

• A boost/promotion may be cancelled before it starts running for a full refund of that purchase.
• Once a boost has started, it cannot be cancelled; no refund is due except as set out in the Refund Policy (e.g., failure on our side).

• By payers: whether an individual payment (such as a ticket) can be cancelled is governed by the organiser’s stated policyfor that collection, shown before you pay. Where the organiser’s policy allows cancellation, we facilitate it and any resulting refund per the Refund Policy.
• By organisers: an organiser may close or cancel a collection at any time. If a collection is cancelled before its purpose is fulfilled (for example, an event that will not take place), the organiser is responsible for refunding payers per their stated policy; we facilitate refunds from funds still held with us.
• By VrixaaLabs:we may suspend or cancel any collection that violates our Terms & Conditions or applicable law, and may return held funds to payers where appropriate.

We may cancel or suspend paid services for breach of our Terms & Conditions. Where the breach is not yours (for example, we discontinue a paid feature), we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid fees on a pro-rata basis.
