The global space of V-connect is the inter-organisation connectivity medium. It helps different people connect and communicate and use the various features of the app.

Individuals – Flexible User Accounts
An individual can be anyone. They are any user who joins our app and can access the global features as well as create entities or join any existing entity or networks.
No need to limit the individuals to people from campus. V-connect is open to anyone and anyone can be the individual.
Entities – Spaces for Organisations and Groups
Entities are separate bodies. Do not limit them to any specific tag. Entities can be any non-human body or organization.
They get access to:

- •Event management
- •Jobs and internship posting
- •Chatrooms
The entities also are capable of having their own custom features. They can contact the team for any custom requirements.

This allows each entity to decide who can come in and how members are managed, without exposing internal technical logic.
Networks – Hierarchical Workspaces for Large Organisations
Network is a special feature only available on direct contact and after identity verification. It allows big organizations with multiple departments and levels of departments to connect and function systematically.
It has one top/root entity and can have any number of sub entities under it in various levels. With some level of hierarchal control as well as support along with entity level freedom.
Every network has its seperate workspace with independent feed or event systems along with the global system. Each network can have independent branding and can act as an independent app as well.

Two Types of Network Services
Individual-owned Network
One where an individual proofs ownership of an organization and holds full permanent control over the network.
Ownerless Network
For public organizations with no absolute owner and/or regular changes in the heads, we have an ownerless system where the network is managed by a group of admins with no one holding absolute authority.
