Protecting Children on Vrixaa Connect

VrixaaLabs Private Limited maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against all forms of child sexual abuse, exploitation, and endangerment. This page explains our standards, safeguards, and commitment to child safety across every part of our platform.

Zero Tolerance: Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation behaviour will result in immediate content removal, account termination, and reporting to law enforcement.

Purpose of These Standards

This document defines the Child Safety Standards and CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation) prevention policies implemented by Vrixaa Connect. These standards are published to:

  • Comply with Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy for social applications
  • Demonstrate our commitment to preventing child abuse, exploitation, and illegal content
  • Provide transparency to users, parents, institutions, and regulatory bodies
  • Ensure in-app reporting mechanisms are clearly communicated

Key Definitions

Child

Any individual under the age of 18 years.

CSAE

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation — any activity involving sexual exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of children.

CSAM

Child Sexual Abuse Material — any visual representation involving minors in sexually explicit activity, including images, videos, or CGI. Strictly illegal and prohibited.

Age Requirements & Platform Access

Minimum Age

Users must be 13 years or older to create an account on Vrixaa Connect.

Under 18

Users under 18 should use the platform with parental or guardian guidance. Additional safety measures may be applied depending on jurisdiction.

Prohibited Content and Behaviour

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Vrixaa Connect and will result in immediate enforcement action:

Sexual Content Involving Minors (CSAM)

  • Explicit photos or videos involving minors
  • Manipulated or AI-generated sexual images of minors
  • Links to external CSAM sources

Grooming

  • Manipulative conversations intended to build exploitative relationships with minors
  • Requests for explicit images from minors
  • Sexualised communication targeting minors

Sextortion

  • Threatening or coercing a minor to produce sexual content

Sexual Solicitation

  • Offering money, gifts, or opportunities in exchange for sexual activity involving minors

Our Response to CSAM

When CSAM is detected or reported, we take the following immediate and sequential actions:

Notification of relevant authorities where required by law

In-App Reporting Mechanism

Vrixaa Connect provides built-in reporting tools accessible throughout the platform. Users can report any concerning content or behaviour directly from:

Post menus
Chat message options
Profile pages
Chatrooms
Entity pages
Opportunity listings

All reports are reviewed by the Vrixaa moderation team. Users are encouraged to report any suspicious or harmful content immediately.

Moderation & Safety Enforcement

Vrixaa Connect uses a multi-layer moderation system to enforce child safety standards:

Platform Moderation (Vrixaa Team)

Reviews reported content, investigates suspicious activity and abuse patterns, and takes platform-level enforcement action.

Community Moderation (Admins)

Network and Entity administrators may moderate their communities — including chatrooms and entity spaces — and escalate violations to the platform team.

User Safety Controls

Every user has access to tools including: blocking other users, reporting content, muting conversations, and leaving communities.

To reduce CSAE risks by design, Vrixaa Connect has implemented structural safeguards across the platform:

Identity-Based Accounts

Each user has a unique Connect ID representing their global identity, enabling accountability across all platform activity.

Reporting Infrastructure

Every major platform component — messaging, chatrooms, posts, profiles, and listings — includes a built-in reporting tool.

Community Governance

Networks and Entities can moderate their communities and enforce safety standards locally, with escalation paths to Vrixaa.
