All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are accepted through our authorised banking / payment-gateway partner via UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and other methods offered at checkout. VrixaaLabs Private Limited does not itself store your card or banking details; payment information is processed by our payment partner in accordance with applicable RBI regulations.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, if any. Where taxes apply, they will be shown at checkout before you pay.
1. Vrixaa Connect subscriptions (recurring)
Vrixaa Connect is our platform for inter- and intra-organisation connectivity. Organisations subscribe to run their own private, hierarchical network spaces alongside the open global space.

- Subscriptions are billed in advance for the full annual period and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date (see Cancellation Policy).
- The basic individual use of the Vrixaa Connect app (global space) remains free.
- Custom network setups and bespoke features are quoted individually — contact contact@vrixaalabs.com.
2. One-time payments (non-recurring)
Certain optional actions on the platform are charged as one-time payments, including:
- Boosting / promoting posts, adverts, or events within the platform — priced per boost from ₹99 to ₹4,999 depending on reach and duration, shown before you confirm the purchase.
- Other one-time paid platform actions, as introduced from time to time, always with the price displayed at checkout before payment.
3. Collections made on behalf of organisers
Verified organisations and organisers on Vrixaa Connect can collect payments from their own members and supporters through the platform — for example donations, fundraising contributions, sponsorships, membership fees, and event tickets.
- For these transactions, VrixaaLabs Private Limited acts as a limited payment collection agent of the organiser: we collect the payment from you on the organiser’s behalf and settle it to the organiser. Payment to us is treated as payment to the organiser.
- The organiseris the seller/recipient of your payment and is responsible for the promised goods, services, tickets, or use of funds. The organiser’s name is shown on the payment page before you pay.
- A platform fee, agreed individually with each organiser at the time of setting up a collection (plus payment-gateway charges, where applicable), is deducted from amounts collected. The applicable fee is always disclosed to the organiser before the collection goes live.
- Refunds and cancellations for these payments are governed by the organiser’s stated policy for that collection, facilitated through the platform — see our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
